Wiki editing for the server is a privilege. We grant it to most anyone that asks for it and has been active >1mo, but if we find someone abusing it we will revoke it.
We start people out with basic editing permissions and will move them to page creation perms once they have shown commitment. We will remove permissions without warning if we find any abuse or negligence.
